I recently heard old news, as new news and decided to try it again...
Years ago, it was a "trend" to drink apple cider vinegar as part of a diet to help aid weight loss. The thought of drinking vinegar just didn't appeal to me then. BUT, when this piece of "advice" came to me again via a BEAUTIFUL French woman with the best, glowing skin I have ever seen, EVER, I thought: I should give it a try!
The verdict?
So far so great!
Here's what you do: drink 1x tablespoon in the morning and 1x tablespoon at night before going to bed AND dilute the vinegar 1 part to 5 parts water (I use cooled boiled water) to use as a toner between cleansing and moisturizing your skin. The great thing about this is that it is cheap and you can do it for as long as you feel that you can do it. And I don't know about you, but gorgeously-glowing skin will pretty much appeal to me for forever...
